It depends on the scope. A single custom piece, a dining table or a wardrobe, usually takes two to three weeks from deposit to delivery. A full kitchen takes three to five weeks. A whole-home fit-out is typically six to twelve weeks depending on the number of rooms and complexity. We give you a confirmed timeline before work begins and keep you updated throughout.

We work primarily in kiln-dried sal, teak, walnut, and pine. Sal is our workhorse, dense, durable, and honest. Teak is ideal for doors, windows, and anything in a damp or outdoor-adjacent environment. Walnut is our premium choice for statement pieces. All timber is sourced from reputable suppliers and checked for moisture content before cutting. We do not use MDF, particle board, or veneer dressed as solid wood.

Absolutely, that is most of what we do. Bring a sketch, a photo from Pinterest, a rough measurement, or just a description of what you need. Our designer will turn it into a working drawing, and we will refine it together until it is exactly right before any timber is cut. There is no extra charge for the design stage.

After a free site visit and consultation, we provide a detailed, itemised quote covering materials, labour, and installation. There are no hidden extras. To confirm your order and begin work, we ask for a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due on the day of installation and final handover. We accept bank transfer and mobile wallet (eSewa, Khalti).

Yes, we deliver and install to all areas of Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur, as well as Kirtipur, Budhanilkantha, Bhaisepati, and surrounding areas. Our installation team handles everything: carrying pieces in, fitting them level, and making any on-site adjustments needed. We leave only when you are satisfied.

We offer a one-year warranty on all joinery and hardware, if anything works loose, warps unexpectedly, or fails under normal use, we fix it at no cost. Beyond that, we are always available for maintenance visits, refinishing, and repairs. Solid wood looked after properly lasts generations; we want our pieces to get there.

Yes. Full residential fit-outs are a significant part of our work. We can take on an entire home, kitchen, wardrobes, living room, bedrooms, doors, and joinery, working alongside your architect or civil contractor, or leading the interior scope ourselves. We manage the timeline, the materials, and the installation from a single point of contact so you are not chasing multiple contractors.
